Kevin Clayton

Clinical Director

Kevin graduate from The Royal Veterinary College in London in 2014. He is based mainly at our Vale branch but you will see him from time to time at the Farncombe branch. For the last two years Kevin has been focusing on obtaining his certificate in small animal surgery and hopes to finish this in October 2019. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and walking his very bouncy dogs and has just started his flight training for his private pilot's licence

Gemma Morley BVSc MRCVS

Senior Veterinary Surgeon

Gemma trained at Liverpool University and joined us in 2009. She is based at the Vale Veterinary Centre and specialises in small animals, particularly small animal surgery. Before family responsibilities took over, Gemma was a successful Vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) competitor, nationally and internationally. She also has a dog - a lurcher which she rescued since she started at Rivendell.

Noelia Serrano DVM MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Noelia graduated from the university of Zaragoza (SICUE UABarcelona 2010-2011) in 2012 (Spain). Noelia gained veterinary experience in Spain before moving to the UK in 2016 where she has been working in small animal practice since. She has a special interest in Diagnostic Imaging and Feline Medicine. She is looking to progress to her Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Veterinary Diagnostic Imagine) which she will begin next year through Liverpool University. In her spare time, she loves to go out to eat - trying new cuisines, travelling and Pilates. She also enjoys going home to Spain for some sun and top up her tan and visiting family, friends and beaches. She is the proud owner of a cat names Sue who travelled with her to the UK from Spain.

Lewis joined the team in September 2018 after working many years at a vetinary practice in Farnham. In his spare time he likes to repair computers and has begun a further education course in Computer Sciences.

Helen Moate BSc (hons) RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Helen qualified in 2008 with a nursing degree from Bristol University after studying for 4 years. She joined a referral centre in Surrey and after working there for over 9 years, progressed to the role of head nurse. Helen joined our team in January 2018 as she wished to get back to her nursing roots. In her spare time Helen enjoys baking and has a keen intrest in Rugby and Americian football, attending live games wherever possible. She currently has no pets but is often found pet sitting for friends and family.


Amy Tullett RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Amy started out in Sussex at a small animal practice in 2001, where she began her Veterinary Nurse training. After five years she moved to Surrey and joined a referral practice where she worked as a receptionist, Veterinary Nurse and Student Radiographer. She qualified in 2013 and joined us a Rivendell in September 2016. Amy has a lovely Border Terrier and in her spare time loves to spend time with her son, walk the dog or work on home improvements.

Amy will most often be found working at our Farncombe surgery but she also helps us at the Vale Veterinary Surgery.


Winnie Whitley RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Winnie qualified in 2015 in a small animal practice in West Sussex and joined us here in June 2018. She has a keen interest in radiology and tortoise care. Winnie spent five weeks working in Galapagos with the endangered giant tortoises and also has two greek tortoises of her own. In her spare time Winnie likes to horse ride, wakeboars and bake. She can also be found racing around on her motorbike.


Zoe Greener RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Zoe started training as a nurse in a referral practice in 2012, and qualified in 2015. Before coming to Rivendell in August 2018, she had experience working as a head nurse and won Vet Nurse of the Year in 2017. Zoe is very interested in any form of surgery and loves to scrub in to assist when possible. Zoe enjoys long walks with her pug and plays football in her spare time.

I started veterinary nursing in 2006 and qualified in 2011. I have worked in small animal practices and gained my Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2016. I have a keen interest in cats and exotics. I own a royal python, creasted gecko, gargoyle gecko and a three-legged Bombay cat. I enjoy reading, shopping and spending time with my husband.
